The Service
The Service governed by these Terms comprises Videoly's website and mobile application. Videoly is a platform that allows users to create and share collaborative group videos called "Videolys". Users can work together on clips, managing and styling text, audio, images and video in real-time. The Service includes features such as:
The Service transforms the way users create custom high‑quality videos together. Whether that video is a party recap, a group project, a weekend trip or just for fun.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the Service with involvement of a parent or guardian and after having read and understood these Terms.
The Service does not store passwords or credentials. Instead, you sign in securely with your Google Account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Service offers Videolys as In-App Purchases. All purchases are processed through the applicable app store (e.g. Google Play) and are subject to its terms and refund policies. You agree to pay all fees charged to your account in accordance with the pricing and payment terms in effect at the time of purchase. The Service does not store any payment information. Refunds are only available before the Videoly start date and time.
Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you submit, upload, or post to the Service ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it.
By submitting User Content, you grant Videoly a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, use, copy, modify, and distribute such content to provide and improve the Service.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Videoly and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of the Republic of Honduras.
Rules of Conduct
Your use of the Service is subject to the following rules of conduct.
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, racist or otherwise objectionable.
Post or transmit any content that includes child pornography, human trafficking, terrorism or violence.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or Videoly.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VIDEOLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL VIDEOLY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Videoly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your User Content. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. By providing feedback, you grant us a royalty-free license to use it.
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full force.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
